As the concept of green and low-carbon development continues to deepen in the infrastructure industry, construction sites are actively promoting the green upgrading of key equipment such as bulldozers and excavators. Through equipment technology transformation, optimized operation modes, and energy-saving operation and maintenance upgrades, construction energy consumption and pollutant emissions are effectively reduced, driving the transformation of infrastructure construction from traditional extensive to green and refined methods.

In the past, traditional fuel-powered construction equipment suffered from high energy consumption, large exhaust emissions, and noise pollution, contradicting the concept of green infrastructure development. To respond to low-carbon construction requirements, major construction companies are gradually upgrading their aging equipment, deploying new excavators and bulldozers equipped with energy-saving power systems and intelligent energy consumption control systems on construction sites. These new machines optimize power output structure, achieving precise power matching and avoiding energy waste under no-load and heavy-load conditions, resulting in a significant reduction in overall energy consumption. Simultaneously, the exhaust purification, noise reduction, and vibration damping devices on the equipment effectively reduce construction exhaust emissions and operating noise, significantly improving the ecological environment of the construction site.

In addition to upgrading equipment hardware, the construction team simultaneously implemented a green operation management system, standardizing operating procedures such as equipment start-up, shutdown, idling, and work routes to prevent prolonged idling and energy consumption, rationally plan work periods, and reduce noise impact on the surrounding environment. At the same time, a routine equipment maintenance mechanism was established, with regular inspections and maintenance of engines, hydraulic systems, and transmission systems to ensure the equipment is always in optimal operating condition, further reducing energy consumption and emissions.

Currently, green mechanized construction models are widely used in various municipal infrastructure, road construction, and site renovation projects, effectively fulfilling the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection, and reducing construction and maintenance costs. Industry insiders stated that the low-carbon and intelligent upgrading of engineering equipment is an inevitable trend, and in the future, they will continue to rely on technological innovation to optimize equipment energy-saving performance, improve the green construction system, and promote the green and sustainable development of the infrastructure industry.
